Postpartum Doula

Originally from Lithuania, I've embraced Orlando as my home for more than 24 years. In the company of my fiance, a wild toddler, and another daughter on the way, my journey into doula work was sparked by the profound experience of giving birth to my first child. Recognizing the essential need for emotional and physical support during childbirth and postpartum, I am dedicated to empowering women, ensuring they make informed decisions for their birthing season. I firmly believe in applying evidence-based science to enhance the birthing process. Beyond my postpartum doula role, I enjoy making sourdough bread, cross-stitching, horseback riding, and hiking.
